As real estate brokers, there is no surprise that we want to recruit the most talented agents in generating sales and closing deals. For early adopters, I can see Floorplan Revolution lending to a brokerage firm's marketing edge in recruiting agents that have long-standing relationships with developers. Plus, I can see one's brokerage being better positioned to recruiting real estate developers and builders to exclusively list their properties with your team.
